We like questions. Whether you're stuck on something, weighing up a plan before you pay, or you've got an idea for a feature that would make your giveaways easier, getting in touch is the fastest way to a real answer.
The single best way to reach us is email:
One inbox, watched by actual people. You won't get bounced through a phone tree or handed off to a bot that loops you back to where you started. Write to us in plain language, tell us what you're trying to do, and we'll take it from there.
What to get in touch about
People write to us for all sorts of reasons, and all of them are welcome. Here's the rough breakdown of what lands in our inbox.
Support and troubleshooting. A draw didn't pull the comments you expected. A post link isn't being accepted. The winner count came back different from what you set. If something isn't behaving, send us the post link you were using and a short description of what happened, and we can usually pin it down quickly.
Billing and plans. Questions about your subscription, an invoice you need, a charge you don't recognise, or whether a plan covers the size of giveaway you're planning. Money questions deserve quick, clear answers, so we treat these as a priority.
Feature requests. A lot of what WBPicker can do today exists because someone running giveaways asked for it. If there's a filter, an export, or a workflow you wish we had, tell us. We can't promise to build everything, but we read every suggestion and the good ones tend to find their way onto the roadmap.
Partnerships and press. If you run an agency managing campaigns for clients, work with a platform that overlaps with ours, or you're writing about giveaway tools and need details, reach out and we'll point you to the right person.
Account and data requests. If you want to update your details, close your account, or ask what personal data we hold, the same inbox handles it. We treat these carefully and verify who you are before making changes, which protects you as much as it protects us.
Before you write, a couple of shortcuts
We're happy to answer anything, but sometimes the answer is faster than an email round-trip.
If your question is about what a plan includes or how many draws you get, the pricing page lays it all out: https://wbpicker.com/pricing. It covers the free trials and what changes as you move up.
If it's a "how do I" question about using the tool, our FAQ page covers the things people ask most often, from filtering duplicate comments to picking backup winners. There's a decent chance your answer is already sitting there, ready to go.
And if you've already checked and you're still stuck, that's exactly when an email helps most. No need to apologise for asking. A clear question from you is far easier for us to solve than a vague one, so the more detail the better.
What helps us help you faster
When you write in about a specific draw, a few details turn a slow back-and-forth into a single reply:
- The link to the Weibo post you were working with
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened instead
- A rough time, so we can check things on our end if needed
You don't need to write an essay. A few lines with that information is usually all it takes for us to reproduce the issue and get you moving again.
Response times
We aim to reply to every message within one business day, and most get answered well before that. If you write over a weekend or a holiday, give us a little grace; we'll get to you when we're back at our desks. Billing and account problems jump the queue, because those are the ones that tend to be time-sensitive.
Hours, languages, and what to expect
WBPicker is run by a small team, which has an upside and a downside worth being honest about. The downside is that we don't staff a 24-hour phone line, so the right channel really is email. The upside is that the person who reads your message usually knows the tool inside out, so you're not stuck explaining the basics to someone reading from a script. Write to us in English, and we'll have no trouble following along. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line, and we'll spot it faster.
You don't need a support ticket number, a special form, or an account to email us. A plain message works. If you're writing before you've signed up because you want to know whether WBPicker handles the kind of giveaway you're planning, that's a perfectly good reason to get in touch, and we're happy to tell you straight whether it's a fit.
A note on what we won't ask for
We will never email you out of the blue asking for your password or full payment card number. If a message claiming to be from us ever asks for something like that, it isn't us. Real account changes happen inside your account or through the secure tools your payment provider uses, never over a casual email. When in doubt, ignore the suspicious message and write to us directly at [email protected] so we can confirm.
We genuinely read the feedback
This isn't a line we put here to sound friendly. The feedback that comes through this inbox shapes what we build next. Someone running monthly giveaways for a clothing shop notices something we never would, because they use the tool in a way we don't. So if WBPicker did something you loved, or something that drove you up the wall, both are useful to us. Tell us either way.
That's it. One email address, real humans on the other end, and a standing invitation to reach out whenever you need us. We're looking forward to hearing from you at [email protected].
